Civil service aspirant kills herself in Delhi

A 20-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself in her rented house in central Delhi’s Karol Bagh on Saturday evening. She had moved to the city almost six months ago to prepare for UPSC exams and left a suicide note behind, apologising to her parents for taking this step.
