Survey to solve Gurugram bus ridership puzzle

The custodian of the city bus service, Gurugram Metropolitan City Bus Limited (GMCBL), has decided to revisit its roadmap and, if required, return to the drawing board to understand reasons behind poor ridership on the two routes already operational.
