No coaching centres above fourth floor in Delhi

In the wake of the fire tragedy at a coaching centre in Surat which killed 22 students, Delhi government has decided to shut down all coaching centres operating in highrise buildings (more than fourth floors excluding stilt floor) in violation of the fire norms in the national capital. The government has ordered an inspection of all the buildings in the city where coaching centres are located.
