Del: Youtuber suspected of bootlegging dies in police custody, 3 suspended

A 25-year-old YouTuber, suspected of bootlegging, died in police custody after he was detained along with an associate at Nand Nagri police station. Three policemen were suspended for this. This was the third custodial death in the city within a month.
