Delhi: Brothers in arms held after shootout

An encounter between the Special Cell and two criminals broke the early morning calm at Seelampur in northeast Delhi on Friday. Two brothers having a history of crime in northeast Delhi opened fire at a Special Cell team resulting in the police firing back.
