Fire department won’t issue NOC to hotels and guesthouses with more than four floors in Delhi

The fire department will no longer issue no-objection certificates to hotels and guesthouses that have more than four floors, excluding the basement and stilt floors. It has asked the municipal corporations to ensure that hotel or guesthouse owners demolished any additional floors prior to seeking fire safety clearance
