IIT graduate cons many with ‘free laptop scheme’

An IIT postgraduate and his cousin pulled off an audacious con job by ‘launching’ a fake scheme of the central government, claiming that two crore free laptops were to be distributed on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s swearing-in.
