2 gangsters held plotting to kill rival in Delhi

The Special Cell of Delhi Police managed to avert a gang war at Tees Hazari courts when it nabbed two members of a gang after a shootout early morning. The men had allegedly planned to kill a rival who had a court appearance on Friday.
