2-yr-old, mother fall from 4th floor, both injured

Two-year-old Tanya was lucky to escape the fall with injured knees. Her mother Manjeet, who fell along with her from the fourth floor, suffered a broken rib cage and a fractured spine. In Tanya’s case, the scooter cushioned her fall somewhat, the same scooter that her father Suresh Kumar had bought on loan and had caused him depression.
