Neighbour, Delhi cops save woman from killing self

A woman was prevented from killing herself after locking up her children in a room in Sangam Vihar in south Delhi on Thursday. She had hanged herself from the ceiling fan using her chunni but was detected by a neighbour and police broke into the house to cut her down before she died.
