Don who ruled NCR from Dubai arrested

Kaushal, one of NCR’s most-wanted gangsters whose extortion calls haunted many businessmen, was arrested by Haryana Police’s special task force at IGI Airport early on Monday after he flew in from Dubai. His wife and business partner were arrested earlier this year.
