Many firsts in plan for all-new IGI by 2022

In 2017, Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) announced an ambitious expansion plan for the Indira Gandhi International Airport. It was to have new taxiways, a fourth runway, an elevated cross taxiway and an expanded Terminal 1 among many others. Two years hence, DIAL says work has started and the job will be finished by June 2022.
