Delhi: Man rams car into crowd, speeds off

Cops are in pursuit of a man who drove his car through a crowd at a market in north Delhi and then reversed his vehicle at high speed to hit a few others. The car eventually sped away, throwing a person off the vehicle’s bonnet in the process.
