Odd numbered car: Leave it at home today

In a last-minute notification issued on the eve of odd-even coming into effect, Delhi government announced that electric vehicles would be exempt from the road rationing scheme. The government said that electric vehicles on Delhi roads are not likely to cause any congestion or pollution, therefore it has been decided to exempt them.
