Nirbhaya case convicts refuse to prepare will

While the second date of hanging is just a week away, all the four convicts in the Nirbhaya gang-rape case have refused to transfer their assets to family members and prepare a will. They are hoping that the date of hanging will be deferred further from February 1, said jail officials.
