Ggn, Fbd liquor shops can stay open till 3am

Facing stiff competition from Delhi and UP, Haryana government has changed its excise policy for 2020-21 to allow bars and other drinking places as well as liquor shops in its two big revenuegenerating NCR districts, Gurugram and Faridabad, to remain open till 3am. The new rule will also be applicable to Panchkula.
