In Delhi, RWAs & residents locked in a feud

While the authorities have permitted transportation of essential items during the three-week nationwide lockdown as well as delivery of newspaper, milk, grocery, medicines and food to homes to dissuade people from coming out, a few gated communities and residents’ welfare associations in Delhi are barring entry of outsiders, among them delivery executives and hawkers.
