Ugandan alleges rape, Delhi cops deny

There was a ruckus at Arjun Nagar in Safdarjung Enclave after a Ugandan national allegedly abused police officers and pelted stones at them on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. A passerby recorded a video of the 23-year-old abusing the cops.
