Thrashed by cops, Delhi youth suffers broken jaw

A 22-year-old man and his brother were brutally thrashed by two policemen while they were returning home with groceries in Nihal Vihar of outer Delhi on Friday. One of the youths suffered a broken jaw and severe injuries on his chest and back.
