Delhi moves in 1st gear, metro to stay shut

After nearly two months, the capital will be on the move again from Tuesday with chief minister Arvind Kejriwal announcing plying of public transport during lockdown 4.0. Although the capital’s lifeline, Delhi Metro, will remain shut, all other modes of public and private transport will be allowed to operate, albeit with restrictions.
