Delhi HC finds holes in Vikas Yadav’s parole plea

Delhi high court on Tuesday rejected the parole plea of Vikas Yadav, who was convicted of murdering Nitish Katara, after finding gaping holes in his claims that his mother was seriously ill and had been admitted in a private hospital briefly. Yadav had approached the court after Delhi government had rejected his plea for parole on June 26.
