Beds and oxygen: Delhi CM writes to PM, Amit Shah

On a day Delhi reported 25,462 Covid cases and 161 fresh deaths, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and called up home minister Amit Shah to apprise them of the grim situation and communicated the urgent need to augment beds and oxygen supplies. The CM said the city had less than 100 ICU beds vacant and the situation was worsening every moment.
