India, Qatar join hands to ward off narco challenge

The recent case of a young couple jailed in Qatar on drugs-related charges and now exonerated through efforts over two years by Union ministry of external affairs (MEA) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has led to India and Qatar initiating the process of signing an memorandum of understanding for better coordination and cooperation in crackdown on international narco cartels.
