Cab driver who went to Delhi HC for ICU bed dead

Laxman Singh (52), a cab driver who had approached the Delhi high court on Thursday, seeking an ICU bed with a ventilator, died of Covid-19 the same day, hours after the court had asked the authorities in Delhi to provide beds and medical treatment to all citizens under Article 21 of the Constitution.
