'PIL on Central Vista abuse of process of law'

The Centre on Tuesday defended before the Delhi HC the ongoing work on the Central Vista project, terming a PIL seeking to stop the construction work during the Covid surge a “sheer abuse of the process of law” and another “attempt to stall the project”.
