Delhi: Farmers play to gallery, ‘scrap’ new laws

The second day of the Kisan Sansad at Jantar Mantar began with a question hour and lengthy discussions on what they called the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) Bypass Act. One of the farmers was designated agricultural minister, who took the questions being asked by the others.
