Surge in e-delivery of govt services in Delhi

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the online delivery of services like income, caste and birth certificates has come to the rescue of lakhs of Delhiites. While till February 2020, 37 lakh applications were received across 11 districts, it increased to 55 lakh by June 2021. Similarly, till February 2020, 25 lakh certificates were downloaded while the count crossed 35 lakh by June 2021.
