Man slits woman's throat outside grocery shop in Delhi

A 45-year-old man allegedly killed a 30-year-old woman by slitting her throat outside her grocery store in southwest Delhi’s Dabri on Sunday night after she refused to give him cigarettes and asked him to first clear his dues. The man has been arrested.
