Refused timely appointment, says Delhi CM office

A day after lieutenant governor VK Saxena invited chief minister Arvind Kejriwal to discuss the provisions governing Delhi’s administration “threadbare”, sources at the CM’s office said the LG secretariat had “refused” to give “timely appointment” for a meeting.
