Artificial lake to recharge groundwater in east Delhi, says Somnath Bharti

Delhi Jal Board vice-chairman Somnath Bharti on Saturday said an artificial lake will be built at Chilla wastewater treatment plant in east Delhi, which will recharge the groundwater in the surrounding area.
