NCR states to take call on onlineclasses, promote public transport

Following the rollout of Grap 3 measures, state governments may discontinue physical classes in schools and conduct classes online. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) directed officials to intensify public transport services and introduce differential rates for off-peak travel. Construction and demolition activities are banned, except for specific categories of projects. Unfavourable meteorological conditions contribute to the spike in Delhi's air quality index.
