Gangster arrested after brief exchange of fire with police in Delhi's Rohini

A member of the Neeraj Bawana-Naveen Bali gang, Rahul Dabas, aged 36, was apprehended by the Special Cell in Rohini Sector-34 after a confrontation. Dabas was a prime suspect in a homicide and involved in multiple incidents of attempted murder and extortion.
