Heavy rain lashes Delhi-NCR

Delhi's heavy rain improved the Air Quality Index (AQI) to 56, satisfactory by Central Pollution Control Board at 6 pm Monday. IMD data shows 116.3mm rainfall from June 1 to July 8, above normal 98.9mm. Forecast includes light to moderate rain, thunderstorms, and a 'yellow' alert for Thursday, aided by recent rain and wind.
