Delhi HC to hear BJP MLAs' plea over placing CAG reports in assembly on Tuesday

The Delhi High Court will hear a petition by BJP MLAs seeking an order to forward 12 CAG reports on topics such as liquor duty and pollution to the lieutenant governor. The petition alleges Chief Minister Atishi has withheld these reports since 2017, impeding transparency and scrutiny of government actions and expenditures.
