Delhi Police arrested three men and seized Malana Cream worth Rs 1.5 crore. The drugs were intended for New Year's parties in Delhi. The police apprehended Govind and Ghanshyam from Majnu Ka Tilla and Budh Ram in a separate operation. He was transporting the contraband from Himachal Pradesh.
