Rape-murder convict absconding for 4 years nabbed in Bihar

A man convicted of raping and murdering a three-year-old girl in Delhi in 2011 was arrested in Bihar after four years on the run. Released on parole during the COVID-19 pandemic, he absconded, changed his identity, and worked as an autorickshaw driver. Police tracked him through relatives' phone records and apprehended him in Siwan.
