'Electricity rates in Delhi to rise due to Rs 27,000 crore debt under AAP govt': Minister Ashish Sood

Delhi Power Minister Ashish Sood indicated that electricity prices might rise due to a Rs 27,000 crore debt left by the previous AAP government with power distribution companies. Sood revealed that Discoms could raise rates to recover the dues, as directed by the Delhi High Court.
