SC denies bail to Delhi businessman in Mundra port drug haul case

The Supreme Court denied bail to businessman Harpreet Singh Talwar, accused in the Rs 21,000 crore Mundra Port drug case, but allowed him to reapply after six months. While dismissing terror financing allegations as premature, the court instructed the special court to expedite the trial.
