Murder convict who jumped parole held after 3 months in Delhi; had killed neighbour with helmet, concrete slab in 2009

Arvind, a murder convict, was arrested in Uttam Nagar. He escaped after jumping parole in a 2009 murder case. Arvind and his accomplices murdered Gopal using a helmet and concrete slab. He was serving a life sentence after being convicted in 2011. Arvind was granted parole in February but failed to surrender. He changed locations and appearance to avoid arrest.
