Actor Aishwarya Rai urges Delhi high court to protect publicity, personality rights

Bollywood actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court. She wants to protect her personality rights. Rai seeks an injunction against the unauthorized use of her name and photographs. She also wants to stop AI-generated pornographic content. The court will consider the matter further in November and January 2026.
