Delhi: African man attacks traffic cops when stopped, thrashed by crowd

An African man riding a scooter attacked a group of traffic policemen when they flagged him down for not wearing a helmet near Mohan Garden in Uttam Nagar. As he held a policeman by his collar, locals intervened and thrashed the man.
