Man who murdered woman 8 yrs ago found dead in hosp

It was a murder that had left the capital shaken. Three days before Valentine’s Day in 2011, a police constable had discovered the body of a woman stuffed in a black bag at the New Delhi railway station. The only clue was a peacock tattoo on her waist.
