Delhi odd-even scheme: Real test begins today

Day 2 of the odd-even drive witnessed overall compliance, though more challans — 562 on Tuesday compared to Monday’s 271 — were issued due to stricter implementation. Wednesday is going to be a bigger test with the reopening of schools, closed since Saturday after the unusual dip in the air quality.
