Man shot at in Delhi over gambling row

A man was shot at in a busy market in south Delhi’s Govindpuri in a suspected case of gang rivalry on Friday night. The incident was caught on a CCTV camera, which shows the attackers beating up the victim and one of them shooting from under the arms.
