‘Odd-even to help reduce Delhi's pollution by 15%’

The odd-even road rationing scheme is the last resort to tackle pollution and is expected to bring down pollution by more than 15%, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal told reporters on Friday. The scheme is going to be implemented in the capital from Monday.
