3 minors on joyride killed as scooter hits a pole

Three teenagers out for a joyride on a scooter without wearing helmets died after the twowheeler skidded off the road at high speed and crashed into a pole near Maulana Azad Medical College in central Delhi late on Saturday night. The deaths triggered an all-night protest at the Delhi Gate intersection as rumours spread that a police van had hit the scooter.
