Delhi: Min temp in single digit, may touch 8° C

Winter seems to have well and truly arrived in the city. For the first time this season, the minimum temperature was in single digit at 9.4 degrees Celsius on Sunday — a notch below normal. The maximum temperature was 23.4, two degrees Celsius below normal.
