Tortured, abused in jail: Nirbhaya convict

The Supreme Court will on Wednesday deliver its order on the plea of one of the death row convicts in Nirbhaya case, challenging rejection of his mercy plea by the President on the ground that all the relevant material was not placed by the government before him.
