Brace for a fresh cold wave in Delhi

The cold wave conditions in parts of Delhi are likely to return on Saturday, while the minimum temperature is expected to dip to 4 degrees Celsius, stated India Meteorological Department (IMD). Cold wave is recorded when the minimum temperature is 4 degrees Celsius or more below normal. The national capital has reported five cold wave days so far this December.
