Delhi: Black fungus notified as ‘dangerous epidemic disease’

As part of a notification issued on Thursday, lieutenant governor Anil Baijal issued regulations, citing that the city is threatened by the outbreak of the dangerous epidemic disease among immune-compromised patients, especially Covid-19 patients being treated with steroids, and that ordinary provisions of law are insufficient to deal with it.
